I'm back

0 min read
Hello all! I finally have my new comp all set up and running. I built it with my own two hands, from mailorder and scavenged parts. It's awesome. It was my first attempt to put together a functioning computer so a lot of cold sweat, blood and tears went into it but it was also fun and very educational. Moving from windows XP to windows 7 has left me without software to make stuff with. Except for my trusted Photoshop 7. On 3D stuff, I'm currently getting myself re-acquainted to Blender, which has gone through quite alot of changes over the years. Nevertheless, I'm back, and I can't wait getting back to making stuff.

Need to vent

0 min read
I Don't usually vent out my frustrations in public but now I have nothing better to do :) I have been living in a box, atleast when it comes to the advancements in technology and 2d and 3d applications. My computer died couple weeks ago and I'm just waiting for the parts for a new one to arrive by mail. In the meantime I'm forced to use a laptop borrowed from school. It has all sorts of neat programs like AutoCad, Inventor, Rhino, 3DsMax design 2011 and a full range of Adobe stuff like photoshop cs4 and illustrator. You'd think I'm in heaven with these, right? No. My loyal warhorse of a computer served me for almost nine years. My tools w

I noticed one day that my HD has become alarmingly full. Upon investigating the cause, I noticed that the folder containing my 3d models has grown to over 8 gigs. Further investigation revealed that I have a ton of forgotten, unfinished projects. So I decided to start cleaning the folder and finish at least the most promising projects. It remains to be seen how that goes, because the thing that caused such a pileup of unfinished things is simply my habit of starting big projects (and this cleanup project is a massive one) and in the middle of that get a new idea and just move on and forget the last project. Does anyone else have these kind

Kiitti itsellesi! Aivan loistava galleria sulla ja varsinkin nuo Doom aiheiset kuvat lämmittää sydäntä :)
want you to know that you are amazing & you're my friend until my death. If I don't get this back, I understand. But, I have a game for you, once you read this letter, you must send it to 15 people, including the person that sent it to you . If you receive at least 3 back, you are loved. Nobody knows how important something is until...................they lose it. Tonight, right at 12:00a.m., the person you like is going to realize that they love you! Then, something is going to happen to you between 1:00 & 2:00a.m. Be ready for the greatest shock of your life. If you break this chain, you, you are going to have bad luck with love for a whole year. Send this to 15 people and see what happens ♥♥♥ :3
Thanks for the thought, but I'm not that into chainletters :)
Have a happy spring! :)
Your work looks awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing more!

Just thought I'd let you know that we're having Project Educate for the 3D gallery starting Monday, and I figuredt you might be interested: [link]
